We offer several tailormade modules. The best approach is a series of seminars spread over a 6 to 12-month period. This allows to deepen the understanding of a given subject, but equally to check the progress of participants.

Ideally, we work with the company leadership to assign business and organisational projects to participants. These are then worked during the training period using the tools taught. At the end, projects are to be presented to the CEO, Board member or senior leadership.

We offer real proven tools that can be applied “as of tomorrow” to drive business and leadership skills.

All teaching is based on real cases, most of whom we have first-hand experience with. In those cases, participants are put in charge of a business, a campaign, or a struggling rock band!
